私の絵の原点（ミト・五十嵐）
私の絵の原点は、小学生の頃に見た”アサリ”の細密画にあります。
その模様の緻密さと美しさに魅かれ、興味を抱いたことに始まります。
以来、様々なものにオリジナルの模様を入れて楽しんでいました。
その後グラフィックアートへの道へと進み、デザイナーとして勤務もしましたが
ある時を境にペンアートを専門に描いて行こうと決意し、本格的な創作活動を
始めました。その時から人物や花や衣装に模様を入れ始め現在に至っており
ます。ペーシックな幾何模様の組み合わせを点や線で思い描き、創作するこ
とは大変さより表現することの喜びの方が大きいものです。
