一戸建や分譲賃貸でよくあるパターンは、今現在、家主の方がそこに住んでいて、状況によって退去日を決めようと考えているものです。
また、それら以外の物件でも、「借りたい人がいたら、明渡します」という場合もあります。
そういう条件の場合は、退去時期や入居時期を家主、入居者間で相談して決めることになります。
